1. Organize local information
Begin with the balance notes, labels, and figures you already keep on your desktop—files, exports, or handwritten totals you intend to digitize. Sharpflow does not pull funds or keys from anywhere; you decide what informational content enters a journal page.
2. Record entries in journal frames
Open a dated frame and enter the lines that belong to that period. Add categories if they help you scan later. Treat each page like a careful notebook: enough structure to stay consistent, enough room for context.
3. Review and analyze
When you need perspective, browse earlier frames. Compare two stretches, flag lines that deserve a second look, and generate a short summary from the records you selected. Analysis here means understanding your notes, not receiving investment guidance.
4. Maintain personal record-keeping
Keep using Sharpflow as a companion for informational archives. Update pages when your local information changes. Export or copy summaries into whatever offline filing system you prefer.
What you will not do in this flow
The Sharpflow workflow does not include:
- funding an account
- connecting a cryptocurrency wallet
- depositing or withdrawing assets
- executing trades or transfers
- requesting financial advice from the software
Those actions belong to other kinds of services. Sharpflow stays within local tracking, analysis, and record-keeping.
