This Privacy Policy applies to the website at https://sharpflow.digital/ (the “Website”) operated in connection with Sharpflow, a local data tracking utility and analytical software. Contact details:

1. Our role

Sharpflow is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice.

2. Information collected by the Website

The Website is a static informational site. It does not include contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, registration forms, or other lead-generation inputs.

Depending on how you access the Website, standard technical data may be processed automatically by hosting infrastructure, such as:

  • IP address
  • browser type and approximate device information
  • pages requested and timestamps
  • referrer URL

We do not use the Website to collect payment card data, private keys, or cryptocurrency credentials.

3. Information processed by the application

Sharpflow is designed for local informational use with balance journal records you choose to enter or import on your device. Journal content you create typically remains under your control in your local environment.

The application is not intended to process user funds, cryptocurrency assets, or private keys. Do not store private keys or authentication secrets for financial accounts inside journal notes.

If a future application update transmits any data beyond your device, that behaviour will be described in an updated Privacy Policy or in-product notice before it applies.

4. Purpose of processing

Where Website technical logs exist, they may be used to:

  • operate and secure the Website
  • diagnose errors
  • understand aggregate traffic patterns

Local journal data you create in the application is for your personal informational and record-keeping purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Website does not rely on advertising cookies. If the hosting provider sets strictly necessary cookies or logs for delivery and security, those are limited to operating the site. We do not currently embed third-party advertising analytics pixels on the Website. If that changes, this Policy will be updated.

6. Third-party services

Links on the Website may point to third parties, including the Microsoft Store homepage at https://apps.microsoft.com/. Those services are governed by their own privacy terms. Linking to the Microsoft Store does not mean Microsoft publishes, endorses, or partners with Sharpflow unless separately stated by Microsoft.

7. Data retention

Server logs, if retained by hosting providers, are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and operations. Local journal files on your device remain until you delete or modify them.

8. Data security

We aim to protect the Website with reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a static informational site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You remain responsible for securing devices where Sharpflow and your journal files are stored.

9. Your rights

If you are in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with data protection rights, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing, subject to legal limits. To exercise rights regarding Website-related personal data, contact support@sharpflow.digital.

For local files created only on your device, you control them directly through your operating system and the application.

10. Children’s privacy

The Website and software are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through lead forms (and the Website does not provide such forms).

11. International considerations

The Website may be hosted on infrastructure that processes technical data in the United Kingdom or other locations used by the hosting provider. By using the Website you understand that technical data may be handled in those locations under applicable law.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the Website after changes means you should review the updated text.
